When you partner with me, you receive a deeply transformational, personalized, one-on-one coaching experience. Along the way you’ll receive:

Initial coaching questionnaire to help you find clarity
1 x 90-minute coaching call to set powerful intentions
6 or 12 x 60-minute powerful bi-weekly coaching calls
unlimited audio and messaging support between sessions
Personalized action items, journal prompts, mediations, resources, pep talks, and goodies along the way
Commitment: 3 months or 6 months (depending on your goals)
